MASSAGE PATIENTS/SERVICE ONLY: CASH AND REGENCE PLANS ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Payment in full is required at the time service is rendered. Exemptions would include claims related to an active personal injury claim, motor vehicle injury claim and/or work injury claim.

Please note that REGENCE MASSAGE sessions include a $30 Administrative Fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and supports the specialized administrative, sanitization, and facility costs required to provide your care.

Massage Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your Massage appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $65 to the card on file.
